How the report is delivered

This service is a digital PDF report only. Once an enabled gateway verifies payment of the checkout order amount, the report is prepared and made available through a secure private link. You can use the same link to check its preparation status. No customer payment will be collected until checkout is enabled.

There is no courier delivery, physical shipping or shipping charge for this service. Preparation time depends on the details and the case; we do not promise a fixed delivery time.

Access problems

If you cannot open the report or need payment-related assistance, contact us with your order or report ID. Never send your OTP, password or full card details to anyone claiming to provide support.
